SEATING
Our venue has a warm contemporary feel. Depending on the configuration, the dinning room seats up to 100. If a stand-up function, then it will comfortably accommodate 190. You can hire a marquee and seat up to 300 guests on our lawn which is surrounded by beautiful gardens. Garden cocktail parties are popular especially for large groups.
VENUE
It’s an eclectic building. The dinning room is full of natural light, it’s warm and contemporary and leads on to a sunny balcony that over-looks an expansive Potager garden. There is a fully fledged bar where we can offer what ever you like!
GARDEN
It’s a wonderful place to hold a memorable occasion. Our garden is magic - it’s the place to have your function, there are ornamental and produce to be found, and it’s where our chef loves to harvest the herbs, our manager, the flowers! The spectacular Arbor is covered with sensational pear trees. There’s a different feel for each season. The Pear Arbor is a choice place for a long table European style for an extended leisurely luncheon, imagine....
FLEXIBILITY
Pear Ridge opened 2004 as a fully fledged licensed restaurant. It was awarded the National Savour Award for the Best Family Friendly Restaurant in Australia. The demand for functions had been constant, so we decided to make it our specialty. We wont be juggling a restaurant trade around your function. We can and will tailor your function especially to suit what you want. Our signature dish is, you!
LOCATION
Situated only 15 minutes drive south of Hobart on the Channel Hwy, we are easy to find and there’s plenty of parking. Hiring a coach is a popular options because it’s simple and will ensure your guests arrive on time.
